"We booked The Inn at Little Harbor for 3 nights through The Reservation Desk. They immediately charged our credit card the full price. When we arrived at the Inn the lobby was obviously deserted. We called The Reservation Desk and they said they would get in touch with the manager and call us back with room # and pass code. Instead we got a call from the Harbor management telling us that the Inn at Little Harbor had been sold ,5 months ago and they had nothing to do with it. We called The Reservation Desk again and asked for a refund they said they would check into it and call us back. We waited 3 hours and gave up. It's been almost 24 hours hours since we were supposed to check in and we still haven't received a phone call or refund."
