"Drove up to this area from SoCal for a parkour competition. Honestly that is one of the most beautiful drives...I never get tired of driving next to the ocean (and by driving, I mean passengering lol). The beach is the beach with its typical carnival-style boardwalk. We ventured away from the beach as we meandered our way back south. So not disappointed with all their cute, historic-looking neighborhoods. All the streets and hwys thru this whole area are scenic beyond expectation. And driving the 1 is a drive I always wish was longer...one of these days I'll have to drive it start to finish."
"My wife and I just did a one-night stay on a whim for Veterans Day. We checked in a bit late (nearly 9pm), but Greg was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy. It had a refrigerator and a microwave! I rarely see microwaves at hotels, so this was a pleasant surprise. Had we stayed longer, we definitely would've made use of it. The pool was warm, though we didn't use it. No spa. The continental breakfast had a surprising range of choices. We were able to request late check-out. Even after checking out, we were welcome to leave our car in the parking lot while we explored the local beaches and coves. Greg recommended restaurants and places to see. He was very helpful and authentically happy to be of service. Overall, a great experience! Thank you!"
