"This place was great as far as location. Unfortunately even though newly renovated, the room smelt like mold. I woke up both mornings we stayed with a headache. There were dead spiders on the floor in the restroom. The microwave did not work & the refrigerator wasn't very cold, even when turned all the way up. It was a very spacious room, had nice tile floors. The pool was close, covid 19.After checking out, I received a call from the hotel owner, accusing me of steeling his towels. & telling me he was going to charge my credit card. I am not a thief, & do not like being accused of something I did not do. I may have given them a better review had it not been for this."

"Got lost on the beach and couldn’t find my exit. Tried to walk back to my house through this resort. Was stopped three feet short of exit gate onto the street because I was “trespassing”. Guard was very rude about it and would not let me exit despite fact I could walk three feet and no longer be trespassing. Had to find my way back through resort and ask folks where my correct exit was. First day and first trip ever to Rosemary Beach and needless to say if I visit again I will not be giving money to High Pointe. That guard lost a customer. Haven’t been treated so rudely in a long time."
