    "Even though it's on US 19 you have to have a car to get anywhere there's nothing nearby. I actually thought the whole building and hotel was beautiful the rooms were very nice. Most of the staff were friendly & accommodating. But unfortunately there was one receptionist a young woman who was absolutely horrific and ruined this experience for me so much that I had to check out. She was rude, aggressive, not helpful, literally made me feel like I was the biggest piece of garbage she never laid eyes on. And I'm a paying customer that cause absolutely no problems disabled ."
