- "Had to bring the family to the Wild Turkey today 1/29/22 for the first time and they thoroughly enjoyed it from the food to the service and the atmosphere (they had to try the gator tail and they loved it)!! My kiddos were especially impressed with the mounted game on the walls too!! During the last few years of my Air Force career at the bombing range from 2008-14 before retiring, I came to the Wild Turkey fairly often especially when military units would come to train - and they always enjoyed it too!! It was especially nice to see the new addition of outside dining today; it was certainly worth the drive from Manatee County and as always Wild Turkey didn't disappoint!!!"
"This place gets packed so I recommend going on a weekday however there are of pools both got and cold so explore around and find one that empty and enjoy!"
"I have been to this place twice now and had great experiences. The first time my friends and I came it was no longer a restaurant but a fun and lively bar scene. The drinks were different then what I'm used to. My favorite drink is the Little Baobab which is tamarind and vodka. Today I came just to eat and was equally pleased! I ordered the Yassa and my friend got the Niebe Thime. Make sure to buy the Yelp coupon it would have saved us $10! Great service fun music and a unique vibe."
