    "I’ve been on a certain search that involves my biological father. I am told it is around this area these ladies working the bar helped me out a tremendous amount. My search hasn’t completed yet but they for sure put the situation on the map. The live music is great, the people, the prices are all A1!"

    "They ask for your ID as a deposit/insurance before assigning you a table and handing you balls to play with. I went last night and when I went to return my balls and pay, they couldn't find my ID. They asked if another person was me (another Chinese male with a vertical ID) and after a puzzled look for a minute, I figured out that they swapped my ID with another Asian party and handed my ID to the wrong person, who was already long gone. The management refused to be of any help and just took down my name and phone number and took my money. If this place is going to take my ID as insurance, shouldn't I get to keep the balls if they can't return my ID??? Besides this, I'm out $31 for the replacement of my ID and unable to drive until it arrives. I would highly recommend people to not patronize this business and to keep their IDs safe where it belongs, in their pocket."

    "I've been to this rec center many times. We own a property we stay at and we also rent. Everytime we order passes for out guests they complain about the staff at the front desk. I was in today myself to get guest passes for friends that are visiting us while we stay there. There is no other word to describe our interaction with the 2 ladies at the front desk other than nasty. When we left my guests said the experience felt more like a prison intake than a visit to the friendliest place on earth. We were made to feel like such an inconvenience to them. No greeting, just a sigh and a "yes?". Curt, one word, snooty responses are all that you get. Now, I could say this was a one time thing, but I've been there several time this year and it's the same. Every visit they are consistently verbally combative and condescending. Totally unnecessary. I've had it. I'd love to complain somewhere other than here to get something done, but I don't know who to talk to. Ladies, it may be time to find other employment."
