"On day 4/7 with No hot water at all! Unable to shower in 3 days. Washing face & hands with cold water ??? same for the others in this section. Spoke with guests in another section who’ve had no problem with hot water. Victoria from the front desk states “we can’t move you to another room and we can’t refund you if you leave” when I stated I need to go to a hotel where there is hot water. It’s awful they won’t accommodate a paying customer or give a refund (I paid for a week) for the remainder of the week. When I checked in they did not ask if I wanted a room with or without hot water ?‍♀️?‍♀️ they obviously know there is no hot water in this section. Others I spoke with stated they’ve been reporting it for over a week! They keep saying it’s being worked on… that’s a lie. You can bet the attorney generals office, BBB and any other necessary entity will be sent a copy of the email I sent to the district manager along with a letter of complaint. I encourage others to do the same. If you are in the area, keep driving, there’s better places up the road who charge the same."
