"DO NOT BE FOOLED by the images on the website of Terrace Garden Inn- they are from 2010-2011. The facility is DISGUSTING. It looks nothing like the pictures and they should be sued for false advertising. My mother, son and myself were going to stay at this Inn for 5 days while visiting a friend for her wedding. When we got to the Inn, it looked run-down from the outside appearance. The lobby was not open, so we had to speak to the man at the counter through this small hole in a window. The traffic from the highway was so loud, it was difficult to hear him. After 30 minutes of trying to get our hotel room/key, we went to the room and the key did not work. After sliding it into the door lock and pulling the handle, the whole door lock and handle twisted to the left. We asked housekeeping to try her key because ours did not work. She was unsuccessful as well. We returned to the small hole "window" and after waiting another 30 minutes to talk to the man at the window, he told us that we could not get a refund and had to call Booking.com since we booked through them. I called Booking.com and the first representative hung up on me. The second hold me that they could not issue a refund and every time I asked her to go into detail, she simply repeated the same phrase over and over. I asked to speak to a manager. After telling me that there were no managers available, I told her that I would wait until one was available. She asked if I wanted a manager to call me back- but was unable to give me a time frame that this would happen. After waiting for TWO AND A HALF HOURS, I was able to speak to this very rude female "manager" that also assured me that they could not issue a refund, even though we were not happy with the appearance of the hotel and had concerns for our safety if we stayed there. After about 45 minutes on the phone with her, she finally offered to give us a "refund". For a $600 trip, they offered to "refund" $68.99. Come to find out, that the "refund" is Booking.com credit.... I WILL NEVER BE USING BOOKING.COM ever again. I did not feel safe at this facility and the representatives could care less. Very dissatisfied."

"Place is ok. Pretty empty on my visit the bartender was nice. Only negative is they only take cash. Jukebox is pretty fancy you control it with an app on your phone."
