"Terrible service experience. Took my money for a repair part telling me that it will take 2 months. After receiving no calls for follow ups for 2 months, I called them and then they said that the part was back-ordered with no timeline, no refund. Shouldn’t they have told us about the back-order when they took our money? Some of the service staff is also very rude over the phone. Then when the part came, they showed up on a day that it was raining and couldn’t finish the job bc of the rain. Told me that they will come back for free to finish the job. Then the day of the follow up arrived and they again decided to charge me for labor when they explicitly told me they wouldn’t. Never buy from them. Terrible service. Would give them -5 stars if I could."
