"Gate system is bad for visitors and residents, found one guy sleeping at the gate house, at night call box sometimes calls the wrong resident or misunderstood the guest name. HOA harasses residents about small dumb things and threatens to fine you. Weak cellar signals throughout most of live oak, and power goes out randomly. Slow internet because no fiber cable lines."
