"The room was extremely dirty!! When we booked we were told there was breakfast in the morning . That was a lie !!! They only have a coffee making station and they clearly have a sign to leave the spoon so other people could use over and over again. Have they not heard of COVID ?? Also the room had roaches and dirty towels hanging in the bathroom that was already used ! On top of that the bed makes noise every time you even make a little move on the bed ! Also our room was a so called “non smoking room” Such a lie our room smelled like straight up smoke ! Like people had just smoked in there so terrible ! We arrived Friday at 11:00 pm at that time we couldn’t go out and looking for another hotel so we just stayed that night and had to cancel out second night there . Way too dirty !!"

"I've lived here 9 months and it's been very unorganized. However they have new management and things seem to be getting better. Jose, one of the new maintenance managers is amazing! He just started, yet he fixed the issue I've been having since I moved in! Very kind and efficient! The Lennox will definitely improve because of him."

"Perfect, Perfect, Perfect in every way. Parking is $2.50 hr and worth every penny. The water is clear the sand is plush and powdery and you will get an amazing tan. Stay blessed! ??? I think Madeira beach is my new fave. Thankyou universe."
