"The guy with the white hair basically told me that he won’t do any nose Piercing service without paying upfront. I told him I’d like to pay after the service and as a customer I have the full right to do that. But he was awfully rude and told me to leave just because I told him I’d like to pay after the service is completed. I’ve been there a few times already and I’m not local but this time it was some other old guy with white hair"
