"The check in process after 5pm is self checkin and very easy.The “cabin” is adorable, however I do picture a cabin being a free standing building built of wooden logs, and this accommodation happens to be a building with about 5 doors, each that belong to the next “cabin”, so more of a motel setup than a traditional cabin. My cabin was “ Maple” a cute renovated studio perfect for 2 people. The shower is small with no bathtub but the bathroom itself isn’t extraordinarily small. The cabin was clean and there was a wonderful loaf of complimentary cinnamon walnut bread baked fresh waiting on our kitchen table for our arrival. The kitchen is stocked with some small essential items for cooking but the pots and pans are relatively small, so bring your own larger pot and pan. The AC and electric heater fireplace work nicely for the space. Carlos the manager is a cool dude and very funny and helpful. The first night my husband caught 6 fish within 2 hours. They were small 5-6 inch catfish so he let them go, but that’s the most fish he’s ever caught at one time in AZ. We rented a pontoon boat which is a 3 hour time slot, haven’t been on it yet but looking forward to it. The lake is not the largest but it’s a nice size to rent a small boat and take it out for the afternoon. This place is great and I would come back again as a family vacation with the kids anytime! Looking forward to exploring the rest of the area tomorrow."
"Cheap, great for pool players they have pool tournaments here they have pool league here they also have great bartenders more of a dive bar experience but it's good for what it is. No smoking allowed there is a back porch area people go there to have a smoke and hang out. Everyone is friendly the area is in a shady part of town but it's a nice spot"
