- "If I could give a half star, I would. No heat. No hot water. Front desk person hardly there. When we went to the office, and actually got a person, about not having a heater, they handed me a space heater, in the box, and expected me to not only set it up but go buy batteries for the remote to operate it. Then we discovered no hot water. No one was able to fix that and I had to argue for a refund, which never happened. Horrid experience. I will never stay there again. Never mind the fact that I had to instruct the "the maintenance man" on how to screw the base on to the space heater."
