"Building has MAJOR developmental defects. After lawsuits and settlement they are trying to fix it and doing a poor job at that. They are tearing down much of the new construction because of it. Pool is being pulled out as we speak, no jacuzzi anymore, jackhammering for months. Building shakes from the construction. Do not move here or anywhere next door if you want peace and quite. Management worse than construction in term of organizing this 1 year long disastrous endeavor"
