"People beware.. there are scammers here... Bookety website is non existent..it is fake website. Only here to take your money.. hotel has no access to there reservations.. Beyfar my worst experience ever.. Warning do not book through website. Bookety only allows access through an online chat. But it is a preprogrammed or scripted conversation ad only replies to certain key words.. They only take your money and refuse to cancel or change reservation. If I could give less stars I would.. never even made it past the reservation as bookety website for this hotel is a scam as in non existent. Bookety website does not exist ..they are scammers..this is not an Expedia linked website.. hotel gets reservation but website is non existent no customer service or anything. Unable to cancel or change reservation once it was made. Noone would talk to me about cancelation. I called bookety. Claimed my reservation is non existent. I called Expedia. Claimed my reservation is non existent. I called booking.com .same thing my reservation is non existent. Non of these websites can decide who made the reservation and claim that they cannot access this reservation. Everything I was given an email or phone number for this bookety.com it cam up as non existent. Noone willing to help me at all. I had to go through my credit card people for refund of any sort. As I do not like being scared. I was just trying to find a decent place to sleep. Made reservation at 11am was on phone until 5pm. Was told this charge is pending.and cannot be disputed at this time. Charge is pending because they know I want to cancel. They will wait until after 5pm so they can. Claim that I did not show up and try charging me for a day.."

"Coffee pot wires are cut. Unusable. Was told they have no more. 100 for this is too much but needed sleep long trip. Man at front was kind tho."

"Love this place! Just moved here from nola and I found my pool "home" I love the people music and dj that plays there! ?(My mom)? the guys protect me if I need help And the drinks are great prices! Highly recommend!"
